NetPricer for sport and outdoor

Between end-of-lines and launches, price is timing.

A sports collection ages fast, and whoever empties the warehouse first drags everyone else down. NetPricer tells you when to follow and when to hold.

Warehouse clear-out or price war

If only the extreme sizes are left on a model, the competitor's cut is a warehouse clear-out: it passes on its own. If the price drops with every size still in stock, it is a pricing move and it needs an answer.

MAP and distribution

For sports brands, MAP is the minimum advertised price you set: when a retailer goes below it, NetPricer records when, by how much and on which page.

The size curve

We follow availability across every size: the middle sizes go first, and how fast they go tells you which to hold at full price and which to clear.

Frequently asked questions

Does NetPricer tell this season's model from last season's?

NetPricer recognizes season, colorway and style code, so an end-of-line never gets compared with the product that just launched. That mix-up is the expensive one in sport: two shoes with the same name can be two different markets. When a competitor discounts, you know right away whether it is clearing the old or attacking the new.

Does NetPricer track brand sites as well as retailers?

NetPricer tracks brand sites alongside retailers and marketplaces, because in sport your supplier sells direct to your own customer. You see when the brand discounts ahead of you, by how much, and how many days the promotion holds. With that on the table the conversation with your supplier changes tone.

How does NetPricer know which sizes have sold out?

NetPricer reads the product page every day exactly as a shopper sees it, where available and sold-out sizes are stated in plain sight. Comparing readings across days shows which sizes disappeared and how fast they went. That movement becomes the estimate of how much a model is selling, and the reading that separates a warehouse clear-out from a pricing move.
